Members
The members of the National Chamber can be:
1. Full members, category made up of legal persons whose personality has been acknowledged by Governmental Decision issued on the basis of the Decree – Law no. 139/1990, with the subsequent amendments;
2. Associate members, category made up of legal persons registered with the Register of Associations and Foundations, or with the Employers’ Associations Register;
3. Honorary members, category made up of natural persons, personalities of national and international public life.
How to become a member of Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Romania?
The capacity provided by paragraph 1 is acquired through accession, at the same time with the entry into force of the present law.
The capacity provided for the paragraph 2 is gained within the meaning of the provisions of the Law 335/2007, by the expression of their will.
Honorary members can get this quality at the written proposal of a member of the National Chamber, accompanied by the consent holograph of the person and a resume of its activity.

Bucharest, December 8th, 2011: A total of 33 Bilateral Chambers of Commerce received from the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Romania the official certification at an event held in Chandeliers Hall at the Chamber of Commerce Palace.
